BLOOMVEG / PRIVACY

Privacy notice

Last updated 24 October 2026

This notice explains how Kyndari Inc., operating Bloomveg in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, handles personal information through this website. Contact Reza Kyndari at hello@bloomveg.com with privacy questions.

Information you choose to share

When you join our newsletter or book list, we collect your email address and record the consent statement, the signup purpose and the date. Beehiiv processes your subscription and confirmation. We do not add you to a newsletter just because you contact us or purchase a book.

When you contact us, we use your name, email and message to answer your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive health information or payment card details.

Information collected to operate the site

Our hosting provider may record IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times in security and server logs. Our forms use a short lived security session cookie. We temporarily store a hashed network identifier to limit abuse. This website does not install advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies.

Purchases when available

Purchases are disabled during book development. When enabled, Stripe will process payment information on its checkout pages. We will receive order details, email, payment status and transaction references needed to deliver your purchase and provide support. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe’s own privacy information applies to its services.

How we use and share information

We use information to deliver requested communications, respond to enquiries, fulfil orders, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Our service providers include Hostinger for hosting, Beehiiv for subscriptions and email publishing, our email provider for correspondence, and Stripe for payment services when purchases are enabled. These providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of other jurisdictions.

We do not sell or rent your subscriber information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect against fraud or misuse, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate protection and applicable notice requirements.

Your choices

Newsletter subscription is voluntary. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop receiving it, or contact us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary messages about a purchase or support request. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We may ask for proportionate identity verification and may retain records where required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.

Retention and protection

We keep subscriber information while a subscription remains active and retain limited consent and suppression records where needed to demonstrate preferences and avoid unwanted messages. Enquiries are retained only as needed for follow up, disputes and applicable obligations. Transaction records, when applicable, are kept for the legally required period. Temporary form rate limits expire after 15 minutes. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

External services and changes

Links to Instagram, Stripe or other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This site is intended for an adult audience. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us. We will update this notice when our practices change and provide additional notice where required.
